Booking Terms & Conditions
At SipTrip.online, we want to make sure you have all the information you need before booking your airport transfer, tour, or tourism activity with us. Please review our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, no-shows, and force majeure events.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 24 hours before pick-up/activity start time: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time or the start of your activity, you’ll receive a full refund. The only deduction will be for any transaction charges incurred when processing your refund.
  • Within 24 hours of pick-up/activity start time: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time or the start of your activity, a 25% penalty will be applied. The remaining 75% of your payment will be refunded.


No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your scheduled airport transfer, tour, or activity without prior cancellation, this will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are non-refundable, and you will forfeit the full payment for your booking. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate any delays or issues that might prevent you from making your scheduled booking.

Vehicle Issues & Substitutions
In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown or accident, SipTrip.online will make every effort to minimize disruption to your travel plans. We will:

  • Attempt to provide a substitute vehicle: Our priority is to arrange an alternative vehicle to complete your transfer or activity as quickly as possible.
  • Offer a refund: If a substitute vehicle cannot be provided in a timely manner, we will issue a full refund for the affected booking.

Force Majeure
SipTrip.online will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.1 These “force majeure” events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.), acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, or unforeseen road closures.
In such cases, SipTrip.online will:

  • Communicate promptly: We will inform you as soon as possible about any impact on your booking.
  • Offer alternatives or refunds: Depending on the situation, we will work with you to re-schedule your service, offer alternative arrangements, or provide a refund where appropriate, taking into account any non-recoverable costs incurred by SipTrip.online.
